Recipients enjoying their vineyard cover crop feast! Lambs will start coming mid April! We have multiple sets of different excellent genetics from imported and domestic (IVF) embryos. We will be selling lambs of both sexes this year from ewes that graded -1 in Iowa paired with both Parkdale Isa and Iowas Kobra Kai. More to come on UK embryo lamb info! Update! Mom got through surgery and baby is still viable! We just have to get mom eating again now. We sent a recipient ewe to @ucdavisvetmed last night (check out the cool cart! She is now awaiting surgery for a reticular foreign body! The whole team there is on it with a (hopefully) baby sparing anesthesia protocol. We treated at home for what we thought was shipping fever after transport due to elevated RR and fever but she took a nosedive so we sent her. X-rays found the foreign body! Wish her and her IVF begotten lamb some good sheep luck!
